I had trouble understanding the import process at first, as there was a lot of paperwork. SAT Japan walked me through it and sent detailed guidance and support. Now that it's all done, I'd happily go through it again.

The process was smooth overall and my Mazda CX-3 was also in good condition but there was some delay in the delivery of the car which could not be resolved by the customer support team on time.

I am satisfied with the services provided by SAT Japan. They have great customer support and have a good inventory of cars. I bought a Mazda demio and it is one the best maintained in the market.
