The car had a minor scratch on the back bumper that wasn't clearly shown in the photos. SAT Japan offered a partial refund and apologized for the oversight. I am still happy with the car. Overall, it drives great and was a good deal.

SAT Japan's service is excellent, but the app's interface sometimes feels confusing. Guiding the booking process can be unmanageable when changing the pickup location or time. It would be wonderful if they could update the app to make it more reflexive. I'd still recommend their service!
